Ascentium Acquires Links International to Expand HR & Payroll Services in APAC

Ascentium, a leading global business services platform headquartered in Singapore, today announced the acquisition of Links International (Links), a premier HR Outsourcing Technology Partner in Asia. This strategic acquisition expands Ascentium’s operational presence into key markets, including Japan, Macau SAR, South Korea, and Thailand.

By integrating Links International, Ascentium strengthens its ability to provide Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment, and unified HR platforms for enterprises operating across 20 locations. The acquisition enhances Ascentium’s global service capabilities, serving 30,000+ active clients with a workforce of 1,800+ professionals across 37 cities in 14 markets.

Strategic Expansion & Leadership Appointment

As part of the acquisition, Links International will operate under the Ascentium group, with Scott Thomson appointed to lead Links and Ascentium’s global HR solutions business.
