Based in India, Ms. Malhotra will lead HireRight’s global operations, including teams in the U.S., India, and Poland.
Her focus will be on enhancing operational capabilities, building strong connections with various functions across the organization, and managing HireRight’s India team. Ms. Malhotra previously held leadership positions at IHS Markit, BlackRock, and Nokia, focusing on global operational excellence.
