Acara Solutions has promoted Jim Nichiporuk to the role of President. Nichiporuk, who has served as Senior Vice President of North America since 2018, brings more than 25 years of recruitment industry experience to his new position. As President, he will lead Acara’s strategic planning, revenue growth, profitability, and leadership development efforts.
“Jim has been a transformative leader within Acara Solutions, consistently demonstrating an exceptional ability to drive our vision and deliver value,” said Scott Stenclik, CEO of Acara Solutions. “His deep expertise and strategic mindset make him the ideal choice to guide Acara into its next chapter of growth.”
Nichiporuk is known for his pragmatic, results-driven leadership style and his ability to deliver scalable recruiting solutions for enterprise clients. His promotion underscores Acara’s commitment to delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with evolving workforce demands.
Broadleaf Results, Aleron Group’s certified women-owned workforce management company, welcomes Brian Christel as its new President. Christel transitions to Broadleaf following a distinguished 30-year career at Acara Solutions, where he rose from branch manager to President.
“Brian’s likeability, business acumen, and years of industry experience have been vital to cultivating purposeful partnerships that create results on behalf of our customers,” said Lynne Marie Finn, CEO of Broadleaf Results. “His appointment will elevate Broadleaf’s capabilities and accelerate our client-driven initiatives.”
In his new role, Christel will lead growth strategies, enhance service integration across the Aleron Group portfolio, and strengthen Broadleaf’s core offerings—including managed service programs and employer of record services.
