Alexis Fink Named Chair of i4cp’s People Analytics Board

The Institute for Corporate Productivity has officially announced the appointment of Alexis Fink, Ph.D., as Chair of its People Analytics Board, effective April 1, 2025.

Widely recognized as a trailblazer in workforce analytics and organizational strategy, Dr. Fink brings decades of high-impact experience to this leadership role. As Chair, she will help guide the board’s strategic direction, foster collaboration among senior analytics leaders, and advance cutting-edge practices in people analytics.

The People Analytics Board is a premier community of senior executives from leading global enterprises, focused on driving innovation and shaping the future of human capital analytics.

A Proven Leader in People Analytics

Dr. Fink most recently served as Vice President of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Meta, where she led initiatives around organizational transformation, leadership assessment, and predictive analytics. Her extensive career includes leadership roles at Intel, Microsoft, and other top-tier organizations, consistently demonstrating a commitment to advancing evidence-based HR practices.

Currently, Dr. Fink is also serving as President of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She is a SIOP Fellow and has been honored with the SIOP Distinguished Service Award for her contributions to the field.

Dr. Fink has been a long-time collaborator with i4cp, having delivered two keynote addresses at the Next Practices Now Conference, and regularly contributing to the organization’s thought leadership and research efforts for over a decade.

In her new role, she is expected to play a key part in spearheading research initiatives, expanding the board’s influence, and shaping the evolving landscape of workforce analytics.
