Degreed Vision Unveils New Solutions and Partnerships to Enhance Learning and Talent Development

Degreed, the world’s leading enterprise learning platform for skill-driven development, has announced several new solutions and partnerships at Degreed Vision. These innovations aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and talent development, marking a decade since Degreed pioneered the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Key Innovations Announced:

1. Skills Inference and Skills Management:

  • Learning administrators can automatically tag content with relevant skills and proficiency levels, ensuring consistent skill labels across connected systems and delivering a personalized employee experience.

2. Automations for Targeted Learning:

  • New automation features streamline the administrative burden of delivering tailored learning recommendations and campaigns, along with reminder nudges via email and push notifications to maintain learner engagement.

3. Degreed Maestro:

  • The next generation of Degreed’s in-app AI now includes virtual voice and text coaching for skill proficiency, executive coaching, and career development. Personalized AI coaches can be tailored to specific organizational needs and integrated into the core Degreed experience.

Leadership Insights:

Max Wessel, Co-CEO of Degreed, stated, “Every one of our clients is challenged to keep up with the pace of change. With our innovations in skills, automation, and AI, our clients don’t need to choose between scaling learning programs and personalizing those programs. They can have both.”

Sanjay Parmar, Degreed’s Chief Technology Officer, added, “Today, we unveil the results of two years of investment into upgrading our platform architecture and Generative AI capabilities. Our goal is to simplify driving change for HR, technology, and business leaders.”
