Heather Kivett has joined Industra Talent Partners, the firm’s dedicated industrial executive search team, bringing over a decade of experience placing C-suite and senior leaders in operations, engineering, and supply chain roles.
Kivett is known for her execution-focused approach and deep expertise in private equity-backed industrial organizations. Before joining Bespoke Partners, Kivett spent seven years with Charles Aris Inc. and more recently led industrial executive search engagements at Acertitude Executive Search. Her experience spans a broad range of industrial and manufacturing subsectors, making her a strategic addition as private equity firms increasingly prioritize talent to drive value creation.
A lifelong North Carolinian, Kivett now resides in Greensboro and holds a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from Guilford College. Outside of work, she stays active hiking or at her local CrossFit gym.
