Hank Johnson Elected as NAPEO Leadership Council Chair for Oklahoma

The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) has announced the election of Hank Johnson, Director of Risk Management & Legal Compliance at Nextep, Inc., to its Leadership Council. Johnson will serve as the Oklahoma Chair, bringing extensive experience and leadership to the role.

Industry Leadership and Advocacy

Johnson has been a NAPEO Board of Directors member since 2022 and is recognized as a leader in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry. Expressing his commitment to the role, Johnson stated:

“I am honored to serve as the NAPEO Leadership Council Chair for the state of Oklahoma. State laws are ever-changing, and I look forward to working with NAPEO to ensure our state continues its favorable treatment of PEOs and small businesses.”

Role of NAPEO’s Leadership Councils

As Oklahoma Chair, Johnson will play a key role in NAPEO’s Leadership Councils, which serve as local forums for networking, government affairs participation, and policy discussions. These councils:
