GlobalFoundries was honoured as the Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the fifth annual Employee Experience Awards held on 16 May 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The company’s team secured an impressive total of five gold, three silver, and four bronze trophies, underscoring their dedication to employee excellence.
The awards featured 47 categories grouped under four pillars: Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. This year also introduced six new categories to reflect workplace evolution, including Most Innovative Leadership Development Programme, Best Learning Technology Implementation, and Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign.
Beyond the trophies, the Employee Experience Awards highlighted organisations’ strategic efforts to enhance workplace culture and set new standards in employee engagement and development.
