Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. announced today that Mark Harris, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be stepping down from his role to pursue new opportunities. Harris, who has served as CFO since 2018, will continue with the company until August 2024 to facilitate a smooth transition as Heidrick & Struggles begins the search for his successor.
