HRCI, a leader in credentialing and learning for the HR profession, has introduced the HRCI Pro: Talent Acquisition certificate, a new offering designed to equip HR and talent acquisition professionals with advanced skills in hiring practices. This certificate, part of the HRCI Pro Series, is crafted to help professionals enhance their expertise in talent acquisition, from attracting top talent to making effective hiring decisions.
Certificate Overview
The HRCI Pro: Talent Acquisition certificate includes three comprehensive courses:
- Attracting Top Talent
- Managing the Candidate Experience
- Making the Right Hire
Each course is four hours long and can be accessed on any device, allowing for flexibility in learning. The entire certificate takes 12 hours to complete, and upon successful completion, participants will receive 1.2 IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs), 12 HRCI Recertification Credits, 12 SHRM Professional Development Credits, or 12 ATD Certification Institute credits. Additionally, learners can claim a digital badge to showcase their competency.

A Growing Learning Platform
This new offering adds to the expanding HRCI Pro Series, which now includes six certifications covering areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Employment Law, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. The series is available through a collaboration with MindEdge and HRCI’s Learning Center, which provides over 1,200 recertification hours across a range of HR and business disciplines.
