Insight Global Partners with Lyra Health to Expand Mental Health Services

In a significant step toward prioritizing employee well-being, Insight Global has announced an expansion of its mental health counseling program. Starting January 1, 2025, over 28,000 contracted consultants across North America will have access to free, comprehensive mental health support through a partnership with Lyra Health. This initiative builds on Insight Global’s 2022 launch of free counseling services for internal employees.

Key Features of the Mental Health Program

  1. Diverse Counseling Options:
    • Access to therapy and coaching with expertly matched providers available virtually, in-person, or via live chat.
  2. Family Care Services:
    • Specialized support tailored to the needs of children, teens, parents, and couples.
  3. On-Demand Resources:
    • Self-help tools designed to provide immediate mental health assistance and guidance.

Leadership Perspectives

  • Bert Bean, CEO of Insight Global:
“Mental health struggles are so personal. They can keep us from showing up with our full, true self. I’m proud we’re able to take care of our people, including our consultants, in this way. When companies aren’t afraid to wade into a scary topic like mental health, hope is created.”
  • Kesha Crump, Director of Benefits and Health Management:
“At Insight Global, we prioritize the personal and professional well-being of everyone in our network. Lyra Health’s innovative, accessible approach aligns perfectly with our mission to ‘Be the Light’ for those we serve.”
