LPGA Partners with UKG to Power HR, Payroll, and Workforce Innovation

LPGA Teams Up with UKG to Elevate Workforce Management and Champion Women in Sports

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) is making a strategic move to streamline its internal operations and reinforce its commitment to empowering women—announcing a multi-year partnership with UKG, a global leader in HR, payroll, and workforce management technology.

As part of the collaboration, UKG becomes the official HR, payroll, and workforce management technology partner of the LPGA. The organization will implement the UKG Ready® suite, an AI-powered solution designed to centralize data, enhance operational efficiency, and improve employee experiences for its nearly 200 staff members across 29 states and global locations.

“UKG’s commitment to supporting the growth of women’s sports makes them the clear choice,” said Liz Moore, interim LPGA commissioner. “We’re excited to work with UKG to propel the LPGA to new heights in both business and sport.”

Driving People-First Innovation On and Off the Course

This partnership aims to:

  • Enhance employee experiences across the LPGA through real-time insights and automation

  • Support compliance across jurisdictions while simplifying onboarding, payroll, and performance management

  • Utilize UKG Bryte™ AI and the UKG Great Place To Work® Hub for personalized workforce insights and employee sentiment tracking

  • Strengthen the LPGA’s mission of advancing women’s leadership in sports and business

“We share the LPGA’s commitment to fostering environments where everyone can thrive,” said Rachel Barger, President of Go-to-Market at UKG. “Our technology is built to make every workplace more inclusive and efficient—and the LPGA is the perfect partner for that vision.”

Building a Global, Inclusive Brand

The LPGA isn’t just focused on performance on the green—it’s doubling down on building a world-class workplace culture. The UKG Ready suite is expected to simplify HR processes and provide a scalable foundation as the organization grows its footprint globally. This includes real-time compliance management, performance tracking, and AI-driven decision-making tools tailored to dynamic workforce needs.

“This partnership represents a monumental step forward in our commitment to taking care of the people who support our athletes, members, tournaments, and fans,” said Samantha Simmons, Chief People and Internal Operations Officer at the LPGA.

Sports + Tech = Strategic Advantage

UKG has a track record of success with other professional sports organizations, and its data-backed tools offer a unique value proposition for organizations with distributed, mobile, and seasonal workforces. The LPGA now joins that growing roster of sports partners, using next-gen tools to support its mission of creating opportunity, equity, and growth for women in sports.

By modernizing its internal systems and aligning with a people-focused tech leader, the LPGA is sending a strong message: the future of work—and sport—is inclusive, data-driven, and human at the core.
