ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions and Platinum Partner of Viva Technology 2025, has revealed the five startups selected as finalists for its “AI, Tech, & #huManpower: Redefining the Future of Work” challenge.
From 137 global applicants, these startups were chosen by ManpowerGroup’s Innovation Team for their bold, scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance—not replace—the human experience at work.

Next Steps
The finalists will present live at Viva Technology in Paris, June 11–14, with a special client event on June 10. One startup will be selected to pilot their solution with ManpowerGroup in a real-world proof of concept.
