monday.com Appoints Casey George as CRO to Drive Enterprise Growth

monday.com Ltd. has announced the appointment of Casey George as Chief Revenue Officer, effective May 15, 2025. With nearly three decades of experience in enterprise sales, revenue strategy, and go-to-market execution, George will spearhead monday.com’s next phase of global growth, particularly within the enterprise sector.

George will report directly to monday.com’s co-founders and co-CEOs, Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, and will be based in New York City, where the company’s North American headquarters are located.

Casey George’s Proven Leadership in Revenue Strategy

George brings a robust background in scaling complex sales organizations and aligning GTM strategies. His most recent role was as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Qlik, where he led a team responsible for $1.3 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and managed over 1,000 employees across global sales, operations, alliances, and GTM.

He joined Qlik through its acquisition of Talend, where he served as CRO and was instrumental in streamlining GTM functions and enhancing the partner ecosystem. His earlier leadership roles include:

  • Senior Vice President and GM at Verint

  • A 20-year tenure at IBM, culminating in his role as GM of North American Cybersecurity

Strategic Focus at monday.com

As CRO, George will be tasked with:

  • Leading and expanding the CRO organization

  • Strengthening the enterprise sales motion

  • Overseeing the company’s revenue strategy

  • Supporting deeper customer and partner relationships

His appointment follows a strong FY 2024 for monday.com, marked by substantial GTM transformation and innovation to meet evolving enterprise needs. In 2025, the company plans to grow its headcount by 30%, with a significant investment in sales infrastructure.

monday.com’s momentum is stronger than ever and I’m looking forward to expanding the company’s reach into larger enterprises, creating deeper customer relationships, and accelerating our success in new markets,” said Casey George.

Evolution of monday.com’s Go-to-Market Strategy

monday.com has evolved from a performance marketing-led model to a hybrid GTM strategy that combines:

  • Targeted sales outreach

  • Product-led growth
This shift has allowed the platform to scale across businesses of all sizes, with increasing traction in the enterprise segment.

Casey’s track record of building enterprise sales and driving growth across different business models makes him a perfect fit,” said Roy Mann and Eran Zinman. “His leadership will be critical as we expand into new markets and double down on our enterprise momentum.”
