He is a seasoned leader who has successfully built a career management and coaching company over the past 10 years. In addition to founding Kalibrate.ai, Marc serves as the Chair of the BYUI Arizona Alumni Chapter. His early career included a role in supply chain analytics and operations with Honeywell Aerospace. Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from BYU-Idaho and an MBA from Arizona State University.
