MXC Logistics Launches Employee Economic Empowerment Program to Combat Rising Costs

In response to the financial challenges posed by inflation and rising costs, MXC Logistics proudly announces the launch of its Employee Economic Empowerment Program (EEEP). This initiative aims to provide practical solutions that help employees manage their financial strain while ensuring their well-being. For a modest payroll deduction of just $50 per month, employees gain access to valuable services including automotive repairs, daycare discounts, and home-buying assistance.

  1. Program Overview:
    • The EEEP is designed to support employees as they navigate the financial pressures caused by rising living costs.
    • Dione Barnett, Founder & CEO of MXC Logistics, stated, “We recognize how challenging this has been for our team, and we’re providing practical solutions to help them save money and access critical services.”
  2. Key Benefits of the EEEP:
    • Automotive Discounts:
      • Employees receive 100% coverage on labor costs for minor and major car repairs, fluid refills, and diagnostics, up to five times a year.
      • Employees only pay for parts, allowing them to source parts from any provider, ensuring transparency and cost-effectiveness in car repairs.
    • Daycare Discounts:
      • The program covers 60% of daycare costs for children and adults at any daycare provider chosen by the employee, easing financial burdens on families.
    • Home-Buying and Selling Assistance:
      • Employees looking to buy or sell a home in Georgia will benefit from $2,500 in down payment and closing cost assistance, providing crucial support for significant financial decisions.
  3. Eligibility and Hiring Initiatives:
    • The EEEP is available to all existing employees, with new hires becoming eligible after 90 days of employment.
    • Jack White, Human Resources Director, highlighted that MXC Logistics is actively hiring across multiple departments, including Accounting, Public Relations, Marketing, and Business Development. The company is also seeking candidates for a newly created Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position.
    • White stated, “This is an exciting time for MXC Logistics, and we encourage potential candidates to explore our open positions and take advantage of the opportunities we offer.”

The Employee Economic Empowerment Program at MXC Logistics reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing the well-being of its workforce amid challenging economic conditions. By offering valuable services designed to alleviate financial burdens, MXC Logistics not only supports its current employees but also positions itself as an attractive employer for potential new hires.
