Kakati will oversee all operations at TriNet’s Global Capabilities Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, which supports a growing workforce of approximately 600 team members.

Varsha Kakati’s Background
Kakati brings over 24 years of business and technology leadership experience to TriNet. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Technology and GCC Leader at Saks OFF 5TH, where she led the transformation of their luxury omnichannel retail GCC in India and scaled their team to around 400 members. Her extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, General Electric, and Oracle. Kakati is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnataka University, where she achieved a University Gold Medal ranking.
