Built for a Modern Workforce

RedCloverJobs was created in response to a real hiring challenge, inspired by Gen Z’s digital habits. The idea stemmed from Jennifer L’Estrange, Founder of Red Clover HR, after noticing job seekers scrolling on social media instead of traditional job sites.

Her high schooler, William L’Estrange, took the idea and designed the app to look and feel like a dating app, helping tradespeople, students, and hourly workers find local jobs faster and more intuitively.
