Robert Walters, a global talent solutions recruiter, has announced three senior appointments across its business to strengthen its outsourcing operations in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. These appointments are in line with the company’s ongoing mission to maintain its position as the world’s most trusted talent solutions business and further enhance its outsourcing services.
Senior Appointments and Key Roles
Jessica Holt has been appointed Managing Director, EMEA – Outsourcing, based in Manchester. In her new role, Holt will oversee recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider business in the EMEA region, while continuing to drive the company’s global consultancy practice. With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Holt joined Robert Walters over three years ago and has previously worked with Hyphen, Pontoon, and Capita.

Hazel Lancashire and Jenny Fulton Appointments
Hazel Lancashire has been appointed as Managing Director of Global Client Success – Outsourcing. Based in Singapore, Lancashire will focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction for outsourcing customers globally, ensuring operational excellence across Robert Walters’ service offerings.
Lancashire brings more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industries, having joined Robert Walters in 2015 as a Global Operations Director, and most recently serving as MD Asia Pacific – Outsourcing.

Succeeding Lancashire as MD Asia Pacific – Outsourcing is Jenny Fulton, who brings 15 years of experience in recruitment. Fulton has been with Robert Walters since 2016, initially in Hong Kong, before relocating to Singapore in 2017. Most recently, she served as Operations Director, overseeing the retention and expansion of Robert Walters’ Outsourcing account portfolio across the region.
