TrackerRMS Appoints George Herat as Chief Operating Officer

TrackerRMS, a global leader in applicant tracking system and customer relationship management software tailored for the staffing and recruitment industry, has announced the appointment of George Herat as Chief Operating Officer. Herat brings extensive expertise in scaling private equity-backed technology companies and will work closely with CEO Andy Jones to enhance Tracker’s operational performance and customer delivery across global markets.

Based in London, Herat has over a decade of experience in operational leadership and growth strategy. Prior to joining Tracker, he served as Managing Director and COO at Benifex (formerly Benify), a leading employee benefits software provider, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business through to its acquisition by Apax Partners.

“George is a remarkable leader with deep understanding of PE-backed business and HR-related technology,” said Andy Jones, CEO of Tracker. “His growth mindset and transformative vision are perfectly suited to stoke the fire that is fueling Tracker’s explosive growth.”

Global Expansion and Customer-Focused Innovation

Herat’s appointment comes as Tracker continues to scale its global footprint. With clients in over 40 countries and teams operating in the U.S., UK, and most recently Australasia, the company is experiencing growing demand for its end-to-end recruitment software platform. Tracker’s solutions are recognized for streamlining candidate management, enhancing recruiter efficiency, and improving client relationships.

“Tracker has such a compelling story and a world-class team passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation to best serve the staffing and recruiting community,” said Herat. “I’m impressed with the Tracker platform and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead—both for the company and for the recruitment industry.”

With specialties in M&A, go-to-market execution, and customer success, Herat is expected to lead key strategic initiatives to optimize Tracker’s service delivery, strengthen global operations, and further accelerate revenue growth.
