Generative AI is now embedded in key areas of the WorkTango Employee Experience Platform, including Surveys & Insights and Recognition & Rewards. These enhancements deliver timely, actionable insights into employee sentiment, team dynamics, and leadership behaviors, empowering HR teams to drive strategy with data and enabling leaders to take targeted actions that improve employee engagement and performance.

  • Leadership Score and Archetypes: Insights into leadership behaviors such as strategy, collaboration, and communication help guide development, coaching, and alignment with organizational culture.

  • Leadership Nudges: Real-time, personalized prompts encourage managers to follow up promptly and reinforce effective behaviors, keeping leaders engaged in daily team interactions.

  • Recognition Writing Assistant (Beta): Assisting users to craft clear, inclusive, and impactful Recognition messages with suggestions for tone, grammar, and structure, this feature supports deeper employee connection.
