Following completion of the transaction, Lord Ashcroft, previously the majority shareholder of Impellam Group, will also join the board as a non-executive director.

The companies said there will be no immediate changes to day-to-day operations, with both organizations continuing to serve customers, suppliers, and professionals through their existing brands.
