Alliant Insurance Services has appointed Robyn Lalli as Vice President in its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Phoenix, Lalli will focus on helping organizations optimize their benefits programs through cost-saving strategies, alternative funding, innovative plan design, ancillary savings, employee education, and compliance support.

Lalli brings 24 years of experience in employee benefits, starting in client management within the complex middle market and advancing to executive-level roles. Her expertise spans sectors including technology, tribal, nonprofit, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, telecommunications, religious, and legal organizations.
Prior to joining Alliant, she served as Vice President, Employee Benefits at a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, where she helped clients implement measurable, sustainable benefits solutions.
