At a critical moment for HR tech innovation, Jean will lead the company’s technology strategy, accelerating innovation cycles, improving platform performance, and ensuring products meet the complex needs of modern hiring teams.
PJ Jean brings more than 20 years of experience building AI-native products and scaling high-performing technology teams. Previously, he founded and served as CTO at momentiq.ai, an AI cognitive services platform, and held senior technology roles at ABBYY, OutSystems, Citrix, and Apttus.
