Revenue Optics Launches AI Hiring Platform to Help SaaS Firms Recruit SDRs and AEs Faster

Hiring sales talent quickly without sacrificing quality remains one of the biggest challenges for SaaS companies trying to scale revenue. Now, Revenue Optics is aiming to solve that problem with a new AI-powered recruiting platform designed specifically for revenue teams.

The company announced the launch of Talent Infrastructure for Revenue Coverage, a recruiting system built to help B2B SaaS organizations hire sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs) faster while maintaining consistent hiring standards.

At its core, the platform blends AI-driven candidate sourcing with structured sales assessments and governance frameworks designed to reduce mis-hire risk—one of the costliest problems for sales organizations.

Building a Hiring System for Revenue Teams

For many SaaS companies, hiring for revenue roles often happens reactively. A seat opens up, recruiters scramble to fill it, and sales leaders hope the new hire ramps quickly enough to maintain pipeline coverage.

According to Revenue Optics founder and CEO Ali Hasham, that reactive model leaves companies vulnerable.

“Most SaaS teams don’t have a hiring system—they have hiring activity,” Hasham said. “When SDR and AE seats are open, revenue coverage takes the hit immediately.”

The new platform aims to introduce repeatability into the process by building a structured “talent infrastructure” that maintains a ready pipeline of qualified candidates.

Using AI-enabled workflows, the system identifies and prioritizes potential candidates, personalizes outreach, and accelerates follow-up—allowing organizations to move from candidate discovery to shortlist more quickly.

AI-Driven Bench Building

A key component of the platform is what Revenue Optics calls AI-driven candidate bench building.

Rather than sourcing candidates only when roles open, the system continuously builds a pool of potential hires. AI tools help identify relevant talent, prioritize prospects based on role fit, and automate outreach campaigns to maintain engagement.

This approach is designed to ensure companies already have a pipeline of candidates when hiring needs arise—reducing time-to-hire and preventing gaps in revenue coverage.

Beyond Résumés: Performance-Based Sales Assessment

Another major piece of the platform is a structured Sales Assessment framework aimed at predicting real-world performance.

Instead of relying primarily on résumé screening, the system evaluates candidates through scenario-based exercises tailored to revenue roles.

For SDR candidates, assessments focus on areas such as:

  • Outbound execution and prospecting skills

  • Messaging clarity and personalization

  • Objection handling

  • Learning agility

  • CRM discipline

For account executive roles, evaluations go deeper into areas including:

  • Discovery and qualification skills

  • Deal strategy and judgment

  • Customer engagement capabilities

The goal is to identify candidates who can perform in real sales environments rather than simply presenting strong credentials on paper.

Governance to Reduce Mis-Hire Risk

Hiring mistakes can be particularly costly in sales roles, where poor performance can disrupt pipeline generation and revenue forecasting.

Revenue Optics’ platform adds a governed selection framework designed to standardize hiring decisions across teams. This governance layer aims to keep evaluation criteria consistent as organizations grow and add more recruiters or hiring managers.

By combining AI candidate discovery with structured evaluation and governance, the company hopes to balance speed with quality—two factors that often conflict in high-growth hiring environments.

New Leadership to Drive Market Expansion

Alongside the platform launch, Revenue Optics also announced the appointment of Sabz Kaur as Recruiting GTM and Growth Manager.

Kaur brings more than 15 years of commercial experience building and scaling outbound sales teams, including high-volume SDR programs and performance-focused go-to-market operations.

In her new role, she will focus on expanding Revenue Optics’ presence among SaaS companies actively recruiting sales talent and accelerating time-to-shortlist for clients.

Kaur will also oversee trigger-based demand programs targeting organizations hiring SDRs and AEs, while helping build the recruiting pipeline engine that feeds the platform’s candidate bench.

“The market doesn’t need more recruiting activity—it needs a repeatable system,” Kaur said. “This platform helps companies hire faster without lowering the bar.”

A Growing Market for Sales Hiring Technology

The launch arrives as SaaS companies face mounting pressure to scale revenue teams efficiently while maintaining productivity and predictable pipeline growth.

Sales hiring has historically relied heavily on recruiter networks, résumé screening, and interview-heavy processes. But as revenue teams expand globally and hiring volumes increase, companies are turning to technology to bring greater structure and predictability to the process.

Platforms combining AI sourcing, skills assessments, and workflow automation are gaining traction across recruiting functions, particularly in high-impact roles such as sales.

For Revenue Optics, the opportunity lies in focusing specifically on revenue coverage—ensuring that open sales roles do not slow pipeline generation or growth.

Hasham, who brings more than 25 years of experience building outbound sales organizations, says the platform reflects operational lessons learned from scaling enterprise teams—including one organization that grew from zero to 90 outbound representatives in under five years.

Those lessons now form the foundation of the company’s hiring standards, assessment framework, and execution cadence.

For SaaS companies under pressure to hit aggressive growth targets, the message behind the platform is straightforward: when revenue roles remain unfilled, growth stalls. Fixing the hiring system may be one of the fastest ways to restore momentum.
