A trusted business partner, in-demand thought leader, and speaker, Bouyoukos brings her visionary and dynamic approach to Bench at a time when the company, one of the leading tech firms in Vancouver, is fulfilling its mission to help business owners thrive and enter its next phase of growth. In this role, she will partner with the executive team to support and steward an environment that nurtures excellence and fuels growth. With a focus on remote culture, people development and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives, Bouyoukos looks to continue to attract and retain the best talent, while unlocking their full potential.

Her vast expertise spans media, technology and financial services industries across the U.S., U.K., Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
