The tool is designed to fill last-minute shift cancellations and prevent staffing-related disruptions to patient care.
Unlike conventional shift postings, Available Now leverages a real-time pool of healthcare professionals who have pre-declared availability within the next 24 to 72 hours. Through in-app priority push notifications, hospitals can instantly notify clinicians of open shifts, which come with pay incentives and wage guarantees if canceled.
