Cyclotron Launches Strategy Office to Bring Clarity and Confidence to Enterprise AI Adoption

As artificial intelligence accelerates from experimentation to enterprise mandate, many leaders are finding themselves caught between opportunity and uncertainty. Cyclotron is aiming to close that gap.

The company today announced the launch of its Strategy Office, a new AI-focused consulting and advisory capability designed to help enterprises make confident, grounded decisions in an environment where technology—and expectations—are evolving at unprecedented speed.

Positioned as a unifying layer between vision and execution, Cyclotron’s Strategy Office helps organizations cut through noise, align stakeholders, and translate AI ambition into measurable business outcomes.

“When everything feels like it’s changing overnight, leaders need a clear view of what truly matters,” the company said. “The Strategy Office exists to provide that clarity.”

Two Expert Pillars, One Integrated Model

The Strategy Office launches with an immediate focus on artificial intelligence and is structured around two complementary pillars designed to work in lockstep.

The Innovation & Strategy Office, led by Susan Moyer, focuses on defining the “why” behind AI adoption. Through workshops, deep discovery, and cross-functional alignment, the team helps organizations clarify business goals, prioritize opportunities, and create strategic roadmaps that connect AI initiatives directly to ROI. The emphasis is on reducing ambiguity early—before pilots stall or scale creates unintended risk.

The AI Engineering & Delivery Office, led by Davis DeFontes, is responsible for turning strategy into production-ready reality. This team designs and delivers enterprise AI architectures, implements large-scale language system–based (LSM) solutions, and integrates intelligent agents using Cyclotron’s Pulse runtime and governance framework. A follow-the-sun delivery model enables rapid innovation without sacrificing quality, security, or compliance.

Together, the two offices aim to eliminate a common enterprise failure mode: well-intentioned AI strategies that never fully operationalize—or technically impressive solutions that lack business alignment.

AI as a Force Multiplier—and a Risk Multiplier

Cyclotron Founder and CEO Amber Bahl framed the launch as a response to how fundamentally different AI is from prior waves of technology.

“AI isn’t just another technology,” Bahl said. “It’s a force multiplier that touches every part of an organization in ways previous technologies never have. That kind of impact brings massive opportunity and real risk.”

According to Bahl, many organizations underestimate how deeply AI affects security, compliance, operating models, and—most critically—people. Simply deploying tools is no longer sufficient.

“Our new Strategy Office ensures every initiative starts with clarity across that entire landscape and ends with measurable outcomes that move the business forward,” she said.

Built on Proven Microsoft-Centric Innovation

The launch builds on Cyclotron’s established track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. The company has earned five Microsoft awards spanning security, compliance, customer championship, and social impact, and holds a seat in Microsoft’s 2025–2026 Inner Circle for AI Business Solutions.

Cyclotron’s broader product ecosystem includes capabilities for agent visibility and security, compliance management, automated identity platform migration, and Microsoft 365 data security and governance. The Strategy Office is designed to sit above—and activate—these capabilities with clear intent and governance.

A Broader Vision Beyond AI

While AI is the initial focus, Cyclotron sees the Strategy Office as a foundation rather than a finish line. Future strategy pillars are planned across security, business applications, and other critical enterprise domains, positioning the Strategy Office as a long-term advisory partner for high-stakes technology decisions.

In a market crowded with AI tools, vendors, and promises, Cyclotron’s bet is that what enterprises need most right now isn’t more technology—it’s clarity, alignment, and execution discipline.
