Findem, the AI-driven platform for talent outcomes, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI, a skills validation platform. The deal aims to create a single AI-powered hiring solution that discovers, assesses, and verifies candidates before they reach hiring managers—essentially producing hire-ready talent at scale.
AI-Powered Hiring for the Results-Driven Era
“AI is rewriting how hiring markets will operate,” said Josh Bersin, Global Industry Analyst, highlighting a shift away from fragmented recruiting tools toward outcome-focused AI platforms. The acquisition combines Findem’s talent discovery capabilities with Glider’s autonomous AI interviews, skills validation, and identity verification, offering a seamless workflow from candidate sourcing to verified skills assessment.
“Companies do not buy recruiting technology for better workflows—they buy it to make great hires,” said Hari Kolam, CEO of Findem. “Critical context gets lost when tools are disconnected. Bringing Findem and Glider together creates a platform that produces more confident hiring decisions.”
Satish Kumar, CEO of Glider AI, added: “Hiring breaks down when signals can’t be trusted. Combining verified skills and identity with talent AI allows organizations to move beyond traditional hiring toward proven, skills-based outcomes.”
Disrupting the $650B Staffing Market
The acquisition positions Findem to reshape the $650 billion global staffing market, where enterprises often rely on multiple vendors to source, curate, and verify workers. By consolidating these functions into one AI platform, Findem enables organizations to reduce supplier costs, improve candidate quality, and redirect savings toward more competitive compensation.
“Contingent hiring has relied on fragmented systems and manual processes,” said Doug Leeby, CEO of Beeline. “Platforms that can intelligently discover, evaluate, and verify candidates represent a major step forward for enterprises and the global workforce.”
How It Works
Findem leverages its proprietary Labeling Engine, which transforms billions of unstructured data points into actionable hiring insights. Glider adds the verification layer through skills assessments, AI interviews, and identity checks, creating a continuous AI workflow from discovery to validation. The platform will also feature outcome-aligned pricing tied to hires, signaling confidence in its ability to deliver hire-ready candidates.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Following the close, Glider AI will continue to operate under its existing brand within the expanded Findem platform. The transaction is expected to finalize in the coming weeks, pending customary closing conditions.
