The German formal verification specialist is building its first engineering team outside Germany in Bengaluru, India, with the company actively recruiting formal verification and other engineering professionals.
The expansion represents more than a new geographic office.
LUBIS says it wants India to become an extension of its engineering organization while preserving the same technical standards, methodology and quality controls across locations.
The company has already hired six full-time engineers in India, with another 15 candidates currently going through its selection process. Its plan is to grow the Bengaluru operation to more than 30 engineers over the next two years, combining experienced industry hires with university recruitment.
That makes India a meaningful part of the company’s engineering strategy rather than simply a support location.

Bengaluru has become one of the world’s major centers for semiconductor design and engineering.
