AuditBoard Appoints Paaras Parker as Chief Human Resources Officer to Power Next Phase of Growth

AuditBoard, the AI-powered platform for connected risk, has named Paaras Parker its new Chief Human Resources Officer, signaling the company’s continued investment in people, culture, and leadership as it scales globally.

Parker joins from Greenhouse Software, where she served as Chief People Officer, and previously held the same role at Paycor. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership across high-growth tech and retail companies, she brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with ambitious business goals.

Parker will lead AuditBoard’s global people team, focusing on workforce alignment, talent development, and maintaining the company’s hallmark culture amid rapid expansion.

From Hiring Tech to Risk Tech

At Greenhouse, Parker helped scale one of the most recognizable brands in recruiting technology, championing inclusive culture initiatives and people analytics strategies to improve hiring outcomes. At Paycor, she worked alongside Villar—then CEO—to guide the company through growth and transformation, giving her a head start in understanding AuditBoard’s leadership style and vision.
