Engauge Workforce Solutions Names Erin Greenwald as President, Ushering in a New Era of Family Leadership and AI-Driven Growth

Engauge Workforce Solutions has announced Erin Greenwald as its new President, marking a generational shift in leadership as the company continues to scale its technology-driven staffing model. Greenwald succeeds her mother, Kim Korth, who will transition to Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, continuing her role in guiding the company’s strategic direction.

This move solidifies Engauge’s family-led continuity while underscoring its evolution into a modern labor partner blending AI innovation, automation, and data analytics with the relationship-first ethos of a family-run business.

From Family Legacy to Future-Focused Leadership

Since its acquisition by 6th Avenue Group in 2019, Engauge has experienced nearly 90% revenue growth, a standout achievement amid a volatile staffing landscape. Under Greenwald’s strategic leadership as Chief Strategy and Scalability Officer, the company invested heavily in modernizing its infrastructure — implementing automation tools, advanced analytics, and AI-driven systems that have dramatically increased recruiter productivity and operational scalability.

Now, as President, Greenwald is focused on extending that transformation outward.

“Engauge is uniquely positioned to challenge industry conventions,” she said. “We’re bringing the technology, automation, and analytics of a national player together with the partnership-driven, client-first approach that has always defined us. Our next chapter is about raising the bar for what great looks like in workforce solutions — especially in the age of AI.”

A Proven Track Record in Strategy and Digital Transformation

Before joining Engauge, Greenwald carved out a career at the intersection of strategy, commerce, and digital innovation. She began at Ernst & Young, leading digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, then joined Jet.com as a category manager. Following Jet’s acquisition by Walmart, she continued driving growth in Walmart.com’s automotive parts division.

Greenwald holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania — credentials that mirror her blend of strategic acumen and operational execution.

Building a Modern Workforce Partner

Engauge’s transformation reflects a broader shift in the staffing industry, where the blend of technology and human touch increasingly defines market leaders. With many staffing firms scrambling to adapt to AI and automation, Engauge’s proactive approach has positioned it as a forward-thinking model for tech-enabled, relationship-based workforce solutions.

CEO Kim Korth praised her daughter’s leadership as both visionary and pragmatic:

“Erin’s leadership has already reshaped Engauge,” said Korth. “Her ability to pair strategic vision with executional discipline has allowed us to modernize our business while staying true to who we are — a company built on relationships, results, integrity, and impact.”

As the industry continues to balance automation with authenticity, Engauge’s generational handoff feels both symbolic and strategic — a reminder that the future of workforce solutions belongs to those who can blend innovation with empathy.
