Greenhouse Expands in Australia with SEEK Integrations and New Real Talent Platform

Greenhouse, the hiring platform known for bringing structure and science to recruiting, is expanding its footprint in Australia with new integrations, a growing customer base, and a forthcoming product aimed at tackling one of hiring’s biggest challenges: quality.

The company announced it has surpassed 9 million job applications across Asia Pacific and now partners with more than 200 Australian businesses, from local startups to major enterprises. Building on that momentum, Greenhouse unveiled plans for deeper integration with SEEK, Australia’s leading job marketplace, and introduced Greenhouse Real Talent, a forthcoming product designed to combat spam and fraud while helping employers surface the most relevant applicants.

“Any business absolutely must have the right talent to achieve its goals and remain competitive in the Australian market right now,” said Daniel Chait, CEO and co-founder of Greenhouse. “Our presence in Australia showcases our commitment and the value we bring to hiring as a strategic business function.”

Smarter, Simpler Hiring Through SEEK Integrations

Greenhouse’s new SEEK capabilities aim to make the hiring process seamless for both job seekers and recruiters.

  • Apply with SEEK lets candidates apply directly using their SEEK profiles—reducing friction and boosting completion rates.

  • Ad Sync automates job ad publishing, ensuring listings on SEEK remain current without manual effort from HR teams.

Both features are expected to launch by the end of Q4 2025, enhancing the workflow for hiring teams already using Greenhouse’s structured recruiting tools.

Greenhouse Real Talent: Elevating Candidate Quality

Set to debut in early 2026, Greenhouse Real Talent uses advanced matching intelligence to help businesses identify the best-fit applicants and reduce hiring noise. By tackling fake or irrelevant submissions, the platform aims to restore confidence in digital hiring—making recruiting more human and effective.

A Human Approach to AI-Powered Hiring

Greenhouse is also leaning into the future of AI in HR. As a sponsor of this year’s ATC Conference in Melbourne, Chait will join Jodette Cleary, Chief People and Culture Officer at Hipages, on stage to discuss “Future-forward hiring and the impact of AI.” The session will explore how AI can streamline workflows without falling into what Chait calls the “AI doom loop”—a reliance on automation that removes empathy from hiring.

Hiring as a Strategic Advantage

Greenhouse’s platform is built around the idea that structured hiring leads to more equitable, data-driven, and confident decisions. Its technology helps organizations define success criteria before posting a job—resulting in more alignment and stronger hires. The company’s global customer list includes HubSpot, Duolingo, Gong, J.D. Power, and Scout24, all leveraging Greenhouse’s data insights to climb what it calls the Hiring Maturity curve.

Recognized as one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2025 and among Forbes Cloud 100, Greenhouse continues to shape the conversation around ethical, measurable hiring at scale.

As the company doubles down on product innovation and local partnerships, its Australian expansion signals something larger: that the future of hiring won’t be about volume—it’ll be about value.
