MoneyHero Goes Live on Workday HCM With EZE Cloud’s Rapid 14-Week Deployment

The fintech platform taps EZE Cloud’s Ignite Lite approach to unify HR across APAC and deliver fast ROI on Workday’s cloud HCM system.

MoneyHero Group (NASDAQ: MNY), the personal finance comparison and digital insurance platform with operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines, has gone live on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)—and it only took 14 weeks.

The rollout, led by boutique Workday partner EZE Cloud Consulting SG Pte Ltd, unified MoneyHero’s HR and talent management functions for its 450 employees in APAC. The implementation underscores how smaller, nimble Workday partners are carving out space against the larger consultancies by offering speed-focused deployment models.

Ignite Lite: Workday at Startup Speed

EZE Cloud leveraged its Ignite Lite methodology, a pre-configured solution combined with regional expertise, to deliver what’s typically a months-long project in less than a quarter. By aligning with Workday GO, the approach helped MoneyHero bypass common pitfalls of multi-country HCM rollouts, which often stall due to localization challenges and complex integrations.

The result: MoneyHero now has a single HR digital ecosystem designed to support rapid scaling, an increasingly critical requirement in Asia’s fast-moving fintech and digital services market.

Leadership Speaks: People as Strategy

MoneyHero’s CEO, Rohith Murthy, emphasized the human capital angle: “Our commitment to scale and sustainability starts with our people. Workday provides a unified platform to manage, engage, and grow talent—strengthening the alignment between our people strategy and business goals.”

Monica Agarwal, Group Head of People and Talent, added that the deployment “unifies HR processes across multiple jurisdictions, enhances employee experience, and supports continued growth throughout Greater Southeast Asia.”

For EZE Cloud, the project doubles as a proof point. Co-CEO Damodar Pai highlighted the firm’s ability to execute complex, multi-country Workday rollouts rapidly. Fellow Co-CEO Sandeep Sharma framed the success as validation of EZE Cloud’s “commitment to delivering tailored Workday solutions that empower clients across Asia.”

Why It Matters

The Workday partner ecosystem has become increasingly competitive, with large firms like Accenture and Deloitte dominating global deployments. Boutique players like EZE Cloud, however, are betting on agility and cost-effectiveness as differentiators—especially appealing to mid-sized enterprises and regional growth companies like MoneyHero.

The 14-week HCM deployment suggests that Workday’s push for faster, templated rollouts is finding traction. For APAC-based firms managing dispersed teams and high growth trajectories, the ability to unify HR quickly isn’t just an efficiency play—it’s a survival tactic.
