Outstrive Debuts Four “Genie” Tools to Automate HR, IT, and Procurement Workflows

Enterprise software newcomer Outstrive has rolled out four intelligent automation products aimed squarely at HR, IT, and procurement bottlenecks. Collectively branded as “Genie,” the lineup promises to reduce manual work, unify systems, and speed up service delivery—a familiar pain point for scaling businesses drowning in fragmented tools and delayed processes.

The products—HRM Genie, TAT Genie, Asset Genie, and EPP Genie—are designed to tackle repetitive tasks across different departments while adding visibility and compliance guardrails. Think of them as a bundle of workflow mechanics that enterprises can plug in to keep operations humming without the endless email chases.

“Outstrive is not just launching software—we’re enabling a smarter, more adaptable way to work,” said Sai Kiran, Director of Products & Software Development at Outstrive. That adaptability, he added, is rooted in a mix of automation, real-time tracking, and the company’s pitch for faster ROI through simple customization.

Meet the Four Genies

  • HRM Genie: Automates onboarding, leave, payroll, and performance tracking, bolstered by self-service tools and a 24/7 chatbot. HR teams can offload repetitive admin to focus on strategy.

  • TAT Genie: Built for IT support, it offers SLA-driven ticketing, automated escalation, and smart routing—basically a turbocharged helpdesk that cuts downtime.

  • Asset Genie: Manages IT and non-IT assets with QR-based inventory, compliance alerts, and ownership tracking. A governance-first approach for enterprises that can’t afford blind spots.

  • EPP Genie: Handles employee device leasing with tax-optimized plans, centralized approvals, and seamless HR-IT integration. Designed to make corporate device management less of a headache.

All four are cloud-native, mobile-ready, and enterprise-grade, promising quick deployment and easy scalability.

Why This Matters

The launch plays into a broader HR tech and IT trend: enterprises want integrated, automated platforms that cut down on inefficiency while staying compliant. Competitors like ServiceNow and Freshworks have made similar pitches, but Outstrive is betting its “day one value” and proactive support will help it stand out in a crowded market.

Partnerships also matter. Outstrive’s exclusive global tie-up with IT systems integrator Brilyant signals a go-to-market strategy built on distribution muscle and enterprise credibility. For Brilyant, the Genie suite is a natural add-on to its services portfolio, positioning the duo against bigger players chasing the same digital operations space.

What’s Next

Outstrive isn’t stopping at four. On the roadmap: Mobile Device Management (MDM) and AI-powered upgrades across the Genie suite. With IT asset governance and security now high-stakes concerns, MDM could be a critical differentiator if Outstrive executes well.

Whether the Genie lineup will grant Outstrive its wish for enterprise traction remains to be seen. But the move underscores a simple reality in HR and IT tech: businesses want fewer tools, not more, and they’re willing to trade legacy processes for intelligent automation that actually works.
