In response, the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) is doubling down on human expertise with the launch of three specialized Institutes: the Résumé Writing Institute, the Career Coaching Institute, and the Interview Institute.

“This is about more than resisting automation,” said Margaret Phares, Executive Director of PARWCC. “Job seekers don’t need more AI—they need human experts to help them stand out. Our Institutes give career professionals the tools to navigate AI-driven hiring and land real offers.”
The Institutes mark the first structured, three-pronged model in the career services profession—a direct response to what PARWCC calls the “AI doom loop,” where automation overwhelms the traditional job search.

Résumé Writing Institute: Elevates document strategy with certifications like CPRW, CERW, CCVW, and CDCS, alongside advanced training in personal branding and AI-compliant résumé crafting.

Career Coaching Institute: Offers frameworks for coaching students, executives, veterans, and career changers, anchored by CPCC, CSCC, CVCS, and CEMP credentials.

Interview Institute: Directed by Lili Foggle, this hub addresses AI-assessed interviews with programs covering executive presence, salary negotiation, and a live version of its Certified Interview Coach (CIC) course.
“AI can generate résumés and scripts, but it cannot teach authentic communication,” said Foggle. “The Interview Institute equips professionals to prepare clients for high-stakes interviews that can transform careers.”
Raising the Standard
Beyond training, the Institutes introduce the Elite Circle, an invitation-only tier for professionals credentialed across all three tracks. It recognizes those who embody holistic, client-centered excellence in résumé writing, coaching, and interview preparation.
