WorkBoard Sees Record Growth on Back of AI Agents, Microsoft and Workday Partnerships
Enterprise OKR leader posts 30% YoY sales jump, fueled by AI adoption and global expansion.
WorkBoard today announced record growth in the first half of 2025, citing surging enterprise demand for its WorkBoardAI platform, strong uptake of its new AI strategy execution agents, and ecosystem partnerships with Microsoft and Workday.
Sales rose 30% year over year and 50% quarter over quarter in Q2, with 40% of new business coming from Europe. Importantly, 45% of sales came from existing customers expanding their deployments—a sign of deepening platform adoption.
AI Agents Driving Adoption
Since launching in April, WorkBoard’s Chief of Staff AI Agent and Leadership Coach AI Agent have seen rapid uptake, with 75% of customers hiring at least one agent at launch. Usage among frontline and mid-level managers is rising 50% week over week as organizations look to boost productivity and leadership effectiveness.
Unlike generic chatbots, WorkBoardAI agents integrate directly with Salesforce, Teams, Jira, and other enterprise apps, while maintaining full context on company strategy, org structure, and OKRs.

The Leadership Coach Agent helps managers deliver feedback, prepare 1:1s, and improve team performance.

Enterprise Ecosystem Alignment
WorkBoard’s partnerships with Workday and Microsoft are also accelerating adoption, accounting for half of sales in the first half of the year.

Workday integration: Customers can connect WorkBoardAI OKRs with Workday HCM for alignment across the employee lifecycle. WorkBoard’s AI agents are available in the Workday AI Marketplace and will support Workday’s upcoming Agent System of Record.

Microsoft integration: In May, WorkBoard launched an Agent for Microsoft Copilot, embedding OKRs into workflows across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. WorkBoard was also highlighted in Satya Nadella’s keynote at Microsoft Build.
Customer Momentum
Notably, 29 new enterprise customers adopted WorkBoardAI in 1H 2025, spanning technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, and energy—with several replacing Microsoft Viva Goals.
