The HR tech race just picked up pace—and Workleap is sprinting ahead. The Montreal-based talent management platform, trusted by over 20,000 companies across 100+ countries, has rolled out a major summer product update that could reshape how HR teams engage, manage, and retain top talent.
At the heart of the update is Workleap AI, a suite of deeply integrated, purpose-built tools designed to bring clarity and speed to often-chaotic HR workflows. Already in beta with over 100 organizations, Workleap AI has helped power more than 20,000 intelligent actions—and it’s just getting started.
“AI can handle the noise,” says Guillaume Roy, Workleap co-founder and Chief Product Officer, “so leaders can amplify what matters: their people.”
AI That Actually Works (And Gets Used)
While plenty of HR vendors tout AI features, Workleap’s latest drop focuses on practicality over hype. The most popular new capability? An AI-powered engagement analysis tool that breaks down feedback from Pulse surveys into meaningful highlights, problem areas, and recommended next steps. The goal: help managers take immediate, intelligent action—without adding another dashboard to juggle.
Beyond engagement, Workleap AI also assists in performance management. The platform can guide managers and employees through peer input, self-reviews, and final assessments, streamlining performance cycles with AI-generated prompts and suggestions.
And when it comes to internal knowledge? Workleap AI’s built-in assistant can query platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, and Slack to surface the right documents or data on demand—cutting down on digital scavenger hunts and speeding up decision-making.
HRIS Sync Gets Smarter
Also rolling out this month is HRIS Sync Dynamic Structure—a tool that automatically builds and updates organizational hierarchies, team structures, and manager assignments based on existing HRIS data. No more manual cleanup or outdated org charts. Launching July 22, this feature ensures Workleap’s products reflect the real-time structure of the company, not a last-quarter snapshot.
For companies already using HRIS systems like BambooHR, UKG, or ADP, the upgrade means fewer headaches and more accurate workflows across engagement, performance, and coaching tools.
HR Needs Clarity, Not Complexity
The release comes at a time when HR leaders are being stretched in all directions: hybrid work, leaner teams, and rising demands for personalization and performance. Many are cautiously optimistic about AI, but concerns remain. According to Workleap’s recent survey, 77.5% of HR professionals are excited about AI’s potential, but still wary of privacy issues, data security, and losing the human touch.
Workleap aims to thread that needle by embedding AI that’s both useful and unobtrusive. It’s not about replacing humans—it’s about augmenting what HR and managers already do best.
