Prospect-HQ is a free social and hiring community designed exclusively for student-athletes. The platform connects them with employers who value cultural fit and recognize student-athletes as impact players, leaders, and culture carriers—traits honed both on and off the field.
During the launch event, Mercy student-athletes explored how the platform fosters authentic connections, provides access to culturally aligned employers, and supports career growth beyond athletic participation.
