TalentLMS Honors 2025 Training Excellence Winners Driving Global Learning Impact

TalentLMS has revealed the winners of its 2025 Training Excellence Awards, shining a spotlight on organizations and learning leaders pushing the boundaries of training innovation, scalability, and accessibility. This year’s honorees distinguished themselves by creating programs that empower learners, drive measurable business results, and extend training to underserved regions.

The awards recognize achievements across four categories: Top Training Program, Great Results, Positive Impact, and Training Trailblazer.

Top Training Program: Chowgirls Catering

Chowgirls Catering, a women-owned Minneapolis-based business, took home the Top Training Program Award for its reimagined onboarding experience. The company revamped its onboarding into a structured 90-day program that combines online learning, hands-on practice, and personalized coaching.

With an 88.5% employee retention rate, the program demonstrates how thoughtfully designed, scalable learning programs can empower new hires and improve long-term engagement. TalentLMS helped deliver a consistent and accessible experience for every team member, ensuring new employees feel confident from day one.

Great Results: Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc.

Innodata Knowledge Services, a global AI and data engineering provider, earned the Great Results Award for driving measurable business outcomes through its Innodata Career Academy. The internal upskilling hub focuses on AI readiness, contributing to significant financial growth, reduced recruitment costs, and a turnover rate under 5%.

With more than 500 employees completing mandatory training at a 99% rate, Innodata proves that targeted talent development is not just a nice-to-have but a strategic business driver.

Positive Impact: World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA)

The Positive Impact Award went to WSAVA for expanding global access to veterinary education. By launching a multilingual TalentLMS learning hub, WSAVA reached 4,500 users across more than 100 countries, achieving a course completion rate exceeding 85%.

This initiative raises clinical standards worldwide, delivering essential learning to underserved regions and demonstrating how scalable eLearning can have a profound humanitarian and professional impact.

Training Trailblazer: Meredith Singleton, Story Arc Learning

Meredith Singleton, CEO of Story Arc Learning, won the Training Trailblazer Award for her rapid transformation of her instructional design agency. In just two years, she has scaled her business with projected 25% year-over-year growth, while her TalentLMS-powered course, Storytelling for Instructional Designers, exemplifies how human-centered design can deepen learner engagement and improve outcomes.

Celebrating Learning Innovation

“Serving as a judge for the TalentLMS Training Excellence Awards offered a front-row seat to the diverse, inspiring ways learning is being reimagined across the globe,” said Stella Lee, Director of Paradox Learning and AI eLearning strategist.

Each winner will receive consulting sessions with Stella Lee, designed to further refine their learning strategies and prepare their organizations for the future of work.

“Training excellence emerges when people and purpose align,” said Dimitris Tsingos, CEO of Epignosis, TalentLMS’ parent company. “This year’s winners demonstrate what’s possible when organizations invest in learning that is thoughtful, scalable, and built to empower every individual.”

TalentLMS’ recognition highlights a growing trend: training that blends technology, thoughtful instructional design, and accessibility not only elevates learners but also drives measurable organizational performance.
