Trusaic Expands European Operations Ahead of EU Pay Transparency Directive

Trusaic, a global leader in pay equity software, is expanding its European operations with new hires in Ireland, reinforcing support for U.S. multinationals and European employers ahead of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD), which takes effect June 7, 2026.

The move establishes a dedicated EU advisory and implementation team, providing in-market expertise on complex, jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements. Trusaic also recently partnered with EU-based compensation platform gradar to bolster pay transparency readiness.

“The EUPTD marks an unprecedented shift in compliance for employers,” said Robert Sheen, CEO and Founder of Trusaic. “Many organizations still have serious work to do to meet the deadline. We are here to help our European clients navigate these changes with clarity and confidence.”

Key Hires and Local Expertise

Trusaic has appointed Aisling Quirke as Global Pay Transparency Adviser for Europe. Quirke brings experience from Aon, where she advised multinational organizations on compensation benchmarking and transformation initiatives. She will lead Trusaic’s advisory efforts for EUPTD compliance alongside a growing team of EU-based experts.

“Right to Information requests can create an extreme operational and administrative burden for employers,” Sheen noted. “Handling complex, high-volume pay data requests will challenge HR, legal, and compensation teams who aren’t prepared.”

Technology Designed for Compliance

Trusaic’s PayParity® platform addresses key EUPTD requirements, including:

  • Analysis of total rewards data, including benefits and in-kind compensation

  • Identification of unjustified pay inequities exceeding the 5% threshold triggering a Joint Pay Assessment

  • Recommendations for cost-effective remediation strategies

  • Ensuring equitable pay at the point of hire to prevent future gaps

The platform also manages Right to Information requests at scale, giving employees access to individual and average pay information broken down by gender—an EUPTD requirement expected to place significant operational demands on employers.

Preparing Employers for 2026

Trusaic research indicates fewer than 1 in 5 organizations are ready to comply with EUPTD using current pay equity practices. With mounting pressure from new regulations, Trusaic’s expansion positions the company as a leading partner for EU employers navigating pay transparency, gender equity reporting, and compliance remediation.

By combining local expertise, technology, and strategic partnerships, Trusaic aims to help employers not only meet regulatory deadlines but also strengthen fair pay practices and mitigate risk across European operations.
