Hire With Near Earns G2 Leader Status as U.S. Companies Expand LatAm Recruiting

Hiring across borders is becoming less about simply finding lower-cost labor and more about building repeatable talent acquisition infrastructure. Hire With Near, a nearshore staffing and recruiting company focused on connecting U.S. employers with workers in Latin America, says it has been named a Leader in both the Staffing Agencies and Recruitment Agencies categories in G2’s Fall 2026 reports.

The recognition puts the company among the staffing providers receiving G2’s highest Grid designation for a second consecutive quarter. Hire With Near was also named a High Performer in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and On-Demand Staffing Services.

G2’s Leader designation is based on a combination of customer satisfaction and market presence, with rankings informed by verified user reviews rather than traditional analyst evaluations. According to G2, its Staffing Agencies category currently tracks more than 1,600 products and providers, placing Hire With Near in a competitive market that includes specialist recruiting firms and larger staffing platforms.

The distinction is notable because Hire With Near is not positioning itself as another applicant tracking system or AI recruiting application. Its model is closer to a technology-enabled recruiting service: the company handles candidate sourcing and screening for U.S. businesses hiring in Latin America, then presents employers with a smaller pool of candidates for consideration.

That distinction matters as recruiting organizations rethink where technology ends and outsourced expertise begins.

Hire With Near says its screening process includes recorded video responses from candidates, giving hiring managers an opportunity to assess communication and language skills before scheduling live interviews. The company also assigns clients a dedicated recruiter who becomes familiar with the employer’s requirements and workplace culture.

For employers, the proposition is straightforward: reduce the amount of manual candidate screening required from internal teams while expanding access to talent outside the domestic labor market.

The approach reflects a broader shift in recruiting technology. Gartner’s 2026 research describes the talent acquisition technology market as undergoing rapid change driven by AI and the increasing complexity of global labor markets. Gartner also emphasizes that successful recruiting technology deployments increasingly operate as ecosystems rather than as a single all-in-one product.

That creates an interesting position for staffing companies such as Hire With Near. Rather than competing directly with platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS or SmartRecruiters on core applicant tracking functionality, recruiting providers can sit alongside those systems and supply the human sourcing, screening and market expertise that software alone does not provide.

The company says demand for this model is particularly strong in technology roles. Its 2026 State of LatAm Hiring Report, based on more than 2,000 placements, reports a 250% year-over-year increase in demand for software engineers in Latin America. It also says 84% of its LatAm hires were mid-level or senior.

Those figures are company-specific rather than a measure of the entire Latin American recruitment market, but they point toward a larger enterprise trend: employers are increasingly treating geographic expansion as part of their talent strategy.

Hire With Near says it now serves more than 950 companies and has delivered candidate shortlists within three to five business days, with most hires completed in less than three weeks. The company reports a 97% placement success rate, a 9.1-out-of-10 client satisfaction score and an 80% retention rate beyond two years.

It also reports a 4.8 G2 rating across 155 reviews. G2’s current profile confirms the company’s presence in the Staffing Agencies category and shows customer reviews highlighting recruiting speed and responsiveness.

The emphasis on speed is increasingly relevant. Gartner reported in June 2026 that only 48% of candidates accepted their most recent job offer, down from 85% in the fourth quarter of 2023. The research suggests employers are operating in a market where critical roles can remain difficult to fill even as overall hiring conditions soften.

That environment increases the value of reducing friction between an approved requisition and a qualified shortlist. It also raises the stakes for candidate experience: a faster recruiting process is useful only if employers maintain quality, consistency and transparency.

AI is adding another layer to that equation. Gartner reported that 74% of recruiting executives surveyed were using AI features somewhere in their recruiting technology stack, while also warning that many organizations struggle to translate those investments into measurable value.

For HR leaders, the lesson is that automation alone is unlikely to solve the talent acquisition problem. Recruiting teams still need reliable candidate pipelines, domain knowledge, geographic expertise and processes that can be integrated into existing HR technology.

That is where nearshore recruiting providers may find a durable role. Their competitive advantage is less about owning the latest AI feature and more about combining recruiting operations, regional talent access and human screening into a service that plugs into an employer’s broader HR infrastructure.

Hire With Near CEO Hayden Cohen says the company intends to preserve its dedicated-recruiter model as it grows. The company ranked No. 118 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, according to the announcement.

The bigger question for the HRTech market is whether this hybrid model can scale without losing the personalized service that differentiates it. As enterprises balance AI-enabled recruiting tools with increasingly distributed workforces, the next phase of talent acquisition may depend less on choosing between software and recruiters—and more on combining the two effectively.

Market Landscape

The recruiting technology market is moving toward a stack-based model rather than a single-platform approach. Gartner says there is no single recruiting technology vendor capable of meeting every talent acquisition requirement, with organizations increasingly combining ATS platforms, specialist technologies and other recruiting services according to geography, workforce type and business needs.

That creates room for companies such as Hire With Near to complement systems from Workday, SAP, Oracle, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters and Phenom, rather than compete with them directly. Gartner’s 2026 Talent Acquisition Suites research also points to accelerating AI and autonomous-agent adoption across the category.

The broader labor market makes recruiting efficiency particularly important. Gartner’s latest research found that candidate offer acceptance has fallen sharply, while McKinsey’s 2025 HR Monitor found a 46% overall hiring success rate in Europe and reported that only 19% of core HR processes were enhanced with generative AI.

For enterprises, the implication is that AI recruiting software, ATS infrastructure and human recruiting services are increasingly complementary rather than mutually exclusive. Nearshore staffing can add another layer by giving organizations access to talent pools outside their primary domestic market.
