SAN JOSE, Calif.— July 7, 2026—Grokker, a pioneer in the employee benefits solution space, has appointed Zach Ryckman as Vice President of Partnerships. In this role, Ryckman will focus on building, optimizing, and scaling high-impact partnerships that deliver tailored, outcome-driven solutions for employers and their workforces. His work will support Grokker’s mission to help organizations leverage AI for lower costs, higher productivity, and healthier populations.
Ryckman brings over a decade of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, and SaaS solutions. In previous leadership roles at Hinge Health and League, Ryckman excelled in fostering strategic partnerships by identifying where organizations can complement and advance one another, aligning product capabilities and go-to-market strategies, and creating solutions that deliver measurable value.
In his new role at Grokker, Ryckman will lead the company’s partnership strategy across the full lifecycle, from identifying the right partners and aligning on a shared value, to establishing structured governance and continuously optimizing performance. His initial efforts will focus on deepening internal alignment, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This internal-first approach reflects Ryckman core philosophy: strong external partnerships begin with strong internal collaboration.
“Partnerships are a strategic priority for Grokker, and we’re thrilled to have Zach on board to grow our partnership ecosystem. He brings deep industry experience, a sharp strategic mindset, and a real talent for building lasting relationships,” said Drew Marich, CFO. “His ability to combine empathy, structure, and vision makes him exactly the right person to lead this effort and drive meaningful growth for our partners and our business.”
Ryckman is deeply motivated by work that creates a positive impact. Drawn to the intersection of technology and the human experience, Ryckman joins Grokker with a strong commitment to make wellness more accessible, intuitive, and effective for all.
“Technology should enhance the employee experience, not complicate it. We’re at a pivotal moment where AI is transforming how companies think about employee benefits, wellness, and in-the-moment support,” said Ryckman. “Grokker is uniquely positioned to transform fragmented HR data and resources into a seamless experience for employees. I’m excited to extend that value, ensuring that every partnership is purpose-built to drive meaningful impact for our clients and their people.”
Ryckman is based in New York City. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, music, and travel.
