Alphavima Launches PulseNet365 AI-Powered HRMS

Alphavima Technologies has launched PulseNet365, an AI-enabled human resource management system (HRMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The platform brings employee management, recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, performance reviews, learning and development, and employee self-service into a connected business environment. The launch targets organizations seeking to integrate HR and finance workflows within their existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) infrastructure, while also opening new opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners and system integrators.

New platform connects employee management and finance workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Alphavima Technologies has introduced PulseNet365, an AI-enabled human resource management system (HRMS) designed to extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with workforce management capabilities. The platform brings HR processes, employee self-service and AI-enabled functionality into the same business environment used for financial and operational management.

The launch targets organizations that want to reduce reliance on disconnected HR and finance applications. By building PulseNet365 on Business Central, Alphavima aims to give existing Microsoft ERP customers a way to consolidate employee administration and related workflows without adopting an entirely separate HR platform.

Developed under the leadership of Neelima Dheer, Alphavima’s Global Head of ERP Products and Services, PulseNet365 covers the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, timesheets, performance reviews, learning and development, expense submissions, HR policies and workforce reporting.

The release also reflects a broader enterprise software trend: embedding AI capabilities within existing business applications rather than treating AI as a separate destination. Alphavima says PulseNet365 is designed to simplify routine HR activities and help employees and managers access relevant information and complete administrative tasks more directly. The announcement, however, does not specify the underlying AI models or provide quantified results from customer deployments.

Connecting HR and finance within Business Central

HR and finance teams frequently manage related information through different applications. Employee records, time reporting, expenses, leave balances and payroll-related processes can require coordination across departments, potentially creating duplicate data entry and additional approval steps.

PulseNet365 seeks to address this fragmentation by extending Business Central into HR management. Its capabilities include centralized employee records, recruitment and onboarding workflows, absence tracking, timesheet approvals, performance management, employee training, expense administration and HR reporting.

The integration could be relevant to small and midsize organizations already using Business Central that want to expand their ERP environment without adding another disconnected system. Keeping business processes within a shared platform may simplify information access and workflow coordination, although the actual benefits will depend on implementation, configuration and integration with other systems.

The announcement does not clarify how PulseNet365 handles payroll, nor does it establish that every HR module is available in every market or deployment. Organizations evaluating the platform will need to confirm its fit with local employment regulations, existing payroll systems and internal HR procedures.

AI-enabled self-service for employees and managers

A central feature is PulseNet365’s Employee and Manager Self-Service Portal. Employees can access HR information, submit leave requests, record timesheets and submit expenses, while managers can review requests, approve submissions and access relevant workforce information.

These workflows are common candidates for self-service because they often involve recurring administrative tasks. Moving routine requests into a shared portal can reduce the need for employees to contact HR for every transaction and give managers a more direct role in approvals.

Alphavima positions AI as a way to make these interactions more accessible and reduce manual effort. However, the company has not detailed which capabilities use generative AI, whether the platform includes conversational assistance or automated recommendations, or how AI-generated outputs are governed. Those distinctions matter for organizations assessing data privacy, reliability, human oversight and the practical limits of automation.

Alphavima also says the self-service approach may help Business Central customers optimize licensing costs by allowing employees to access selected HR services without needing full ERP functionality. Any savings would depend on the applicable Microsoft licensing terms, user roles and implementation design; customers should verify those details before making licensing decisions.

A partner opportunity within the Microsoft ecosystem

PulseNet365 is also aimed at Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central resellers, consultants and system integrators. These partners could use the product to extend existing ERP implementations into HR management, potentially giving customers a more connected set of business applications.

For Microsoft-focused solution providers, the product adds an HR offering that can be discussed alongside finance and operational workflows. It may also create opportunities for implementation, configuration, support and partner-led customer services. Commercial success will depend on the platform’s functional depth, integration requirements, market positioning and ability to address customers’ specific HR needs.

Alphavima CEO Shivraj Dheer described the launch as part of the company’s strategy to develop intelligent business applications that help customers get more from their Microsoft investments. Neelima Dheer said the product was developed to connect the employee lifecycle with Business Central and simplify routine activities for HR teams, employees and managers.

Product debut at Directions EMEA 2026

Alphavima plans to showcase PulseNet365 at Directions EMEA 2026, scheduled for October 27–29 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris in France. The company said it will exhibit at Booth S41 as a Silver Sponsor.

Neelima Dheer and David Dhanoa, the company’s vice president of sales, are also scheduled to present “Expand your Business Central offering with PulseNet365 HRMS” on October 27, from 16:15 to 17:00 in Room 242 B. The session is aimed at Business Central resellers, consultants and independent software vendors.

PulseNet365’s launch adds another HR management option for organizations invested in Microsoft’s ERP ecosystem. Its appeal will depend on how effectively it connects employee processes with finance operations, delivers useful AI-enabled functionality and meets customers’ regulatory and integration requirements. For HR teams, the central question is whether the platform can reduce administrative friction while preserving the controls needed to manage employee information responsibly.

Market Landscape

HR technology is increasingly intersecting with ERP systems as organizations look to consolidate workforce administration, finance and operational data. For businesses already using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an HRMS built on that platform may offer an alternative to maintaining separate applications for employee records, expenses and approvals.

PulseNet365 enters this market with three main areas of focus:

  • HR and ERP integration: Connecting workforce processes with an existing business management platform.

  • Employee and manager self-service: Moving routine requests, submissions and approvals into a shared digital workflow.

  • AI-enabled administration: Applying AI to simplify HR interactions, although the specific AI features and technical implementation have not been fully detailed in the announcement.

The product also has a channel strategy, targeting Microsoft partners that want to broaden their Business Central offerings. Its competitive position will depend on module depth, usability, implementation effort, integration with payroll and other HR systems, and the licensing arrangements available to customers.
