Powered by over 40 years of experience, Express saw strong momentum in the second half of 2025, fueled by demand for reliable staffing solutions and a “people-first” approach in an increasingly tech-driven industry.

Express broadened its global impact by growing two specialty verticals — professional and healthcare staffing — creating more opportunities for skilled workers and giving franchise teams the tools to match employers with precision.
The company also awarded 54 new franchise agreements in major U.S. markets, including Florida, California, Texas, and New York, expanding its ability to meet workforce demand in high-growth regions.
