While Mino brings conversational AI directly into the Omni platform, the MCP integration extends those capabilities outward by allowing external AI assistants to interact with Omni’s centralized HR data layer.

Rather than requiring HR professionals to switch between applications or manually transfer employee information into AI tools, the integration allows users to query workforce data and perform approved actions using natural language.
