In a year when the US staffing industry saw a sharp 10% revenue drop, VDart didn’t just hold the line—it made the list. Again. For the sixth consecutive year, the Georgia-based firm has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 list of the Largest US Staffing Firms, an exclusive ranking of 224 companies that each cleared $100 million in US staffing revenue in 2024.
While the list reflects nearly 67% of total market share, what sets VDart apart isn’t just scale—it’s how it maintained that position in a turbulent market.
Steady Hands in Shaky Times
Sidd Ahmed, VDart’s President and CEO, attributes the achievement to a deceptively simple formula: show up, stay focused, and remain consistent. “Recognition like this isn’t built on one achievement,” Ahmed said. “It’s the result of showing up with focus, even when conditions aren’t ideal.”
That focus proved especially valuable in 2024, when macroeconomic pressures—including tech hiring freezes and tightened client budgets—led to widespread industry contraction. SIA’s data confirms what many in staffing already knew: business shrank, fast.
But VDart’s strategy wasn’t to outrun the storm. It was to out-discipline it.
Culture Over Churn
Retention is often a buzzword in staffing. VDart’s approach was different. “Retention was never the only goal,” said Oliver Sam, Chief Human Resources Officer. “What mattered more was keeping our teams connected, aligned, and motivated.” That people-first mindset didn’t just keep VDart’s house in order—it likely kept clients on board, too.
And it wasn’t a one-off. The company has landed on the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For list three years running and holds multiple Great Place to Work® certifications in India. The throughline? An internal culture designed not just to retain but to energize.
Building Trust, Not Hype
In an industry often accused of overpromising and underdelivering, VDart has taken a quieter approach. “You don’t build trust by overpromising,” said Executive Vice President Vinay Kumar Godavarthi. “You build it by solving what matters, and doing it the same way, every time.”
It’s a philosophy that aligns with what clients are increasingly demanding: reliability over razzle-dazzle. In a tighter economy, relationships trump gimmicks—and VDart seems to have read that room correctly.
A Pattern of Recognition
The SIA accolade adds to a growing collection of trophies on VDart’s shelf, including:
-
Top Ten Asian American Businesses recognition
-
Silver EcoVadis rating for sustainability practices
-
Multiple Great Place to Work® certifications
-
EY Entrepreneur of the Year honors for CEO Sidd Ahmed
Each award tells the same story in a different way: consistency matters. Not flashy campaigns. Not one-hit wins. Just consistent execution—internally, externally, and everywhere in between.
