A seasoned systems thinker with a founder’s instincts, Kanzer brings over two decades of experience in optimising and scaling global software organisations. He has a proven track record of transforming traditional sales operations into highly agile, platform-selling engines and navigating complex market expansions.

Most recently, Kanzer served as managing director at Xero, the global cloud accounting platform. Prior to that, he led Intuit’s Mid Market and Financial Services Sales organisations, and held the vice president global SMB and mid market sales position at PayPal.
